Carlos Ballesteros has held various roles in the e-commerce industry since 2016. Carlos began their career as an Ejecutivo de Redes Sociales at Atento in 2016. Carlos then moved to Marcas de Renombre as an Ejecutivo de e-commerce in 2017, where they were responsible for sales and customer service through chat and phone calls. In the same year, Carlos also joined Ignite Commerce as an Ecommerce Consultant, managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Prestashop, Infracommerce and Vtex for order management. In 2019, Carlos took on the role of Analista de Marketplace Amazon at Joyerías Bizzarro Oficial. Currently, Carlos is the Head of Growth at Crunch DNA and also holds the roles of Sr. Campaing Manager and Campaing Manager Jr.
