Christopher Perkins has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Christopher started their career as a Software Engineer at Ensatina Technologies in 1999 and then moved to Brainhat as a Software Engineer in 2002. In 2003, they joined Belcan Engineering as a Software Engineer, where they developed Analog to Digital Diagnostics and worked closely with customers to resolve software and hardware issues. In 2005, Christopher worked as a Software Engineer at Pratt & Whitney. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Developer at TurboGears.org, where they designed and implemented RestController and maintained TurboGears dispatch system. Christopher also developed and maintained Sprox, a database schema to visualization tool. In the same period, they worked as an Engineer at NREL, where they developed REST architecture for Geographic Information Systems Data and participated in the development and maintenance of complex database schema. From 2008 to 2010, Christopher worked as a Technical Director at MVP Sports Systems, where they successfully turned around a failing project and coordinated a remote developer team. In 2012, they joined Under Armour as a Senior Software Engineer and developed GIS applications with the Maps Team. Christopher also overhauled the elevation system and created a novel algorithm for altitude detection. From 2013 onwards, Christopher served as the CEO of Iterative Design Limited. Finally, from 2014 to the present, they have worked at Crunch.io, where they started as a Senior Software Engineer and contributed to a SAAS platform. Christopher then became the Infrastructure Team Lead Engineer and was responsible for onboarding new hires and improving developer contribution. Christopher also architected and coordinated the replacement of the Celery Task system with a combination of Rabbitmq, Argo, SocketIO, and Mongo for autoscaling purposes.

Christopher Perkins obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1996 to 2002.
