Masoud Ghafouri

Masoud is the COO of Crunch Mediaworks. He brings extensive operational experience from both public and private technology sectors. Masoud is responsible for everything in corporate operations including; finance, procurement, legal, HR & facilities and creates an environment that fosters innovation and growth. Previously, he successfully managed operations for two startups, managing all aspects of their corporate operations. Masoud was the VP of Operations for a large Silicon Valley public EDA company of over 1000 people worldwide. In his capacity, he not only managed all aspects of corporate operations but also initiated and led the selection/deployment of automated processes in procurement, accounts payable approval, expense reporting & management, travel booking, and corporate facility management. Masoud was a key contributor to deploying a corporate-wide FP&A. He helped with successful acquisition and was instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition.

Masoud has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University and a certification in Value Engineering.
