Ozgur Koc has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Ozgur began their career in 2002 as the Director of Research, Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Crunch Pak. Ozgur later held the position of Sr. Director of Food Safety and Quality, where they focused on identifying and controlling Listeria, co-manufacturing, intervention technologies, and process improvement. In 2017, Ozgur joined Food Service Slicing, LLC as the General Manager of Strategy and New Ventures, as well as the General Manager of Foodservice. Their responsibilities included strategy and new ventures, M&A risk assessment, co-manufacturing, commercialization, and strategic sourcing. In 2017, they also took on the role of Senior Vice President of Brand Integrity and Special Projects at Crunch Pak. Additionally, Ozgur worked at Earthbound Farm as a Technical Project Manager from 2006 to 2007.
Ozgur Koc began their education at Istanbul Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Engineering from 1995 to 1999. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University from 2000 to 2002.
