Andrew Nowotarski

Andrew N. is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading software development teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Crunchbase since June 2022, Andrew oversees a team of eight engineers, providing coaching and aligning career paths. Prior to this role, Andrew managed engineering teams at Extend and YPrime, focusing on product development, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership. Andrew's earlier experience includes senior development and application roles at Listrak, where innovation and data science were key focuses, as well as foundational technical support work at Elizabethtown College. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College.
