Erika Banks

Erika Banks is an experienced professional in ecommerce and digital content management, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce and Digital Content at Mohawk Industries since March 2012. Prior roles at Mohawk include Product Director for Data and Product Architecture, overseeing PIM and DAM systems, division websites, and sales force mobile applications. Erika is also involved with Crunchi as a Crunchi Advocate, promoting clean beauty products. Previous experience includes roles at InDepth Studios as Director of Operations, Surya as Project Coordinator, and several positions in scenic arts and theater. Erika holds a BA in Theatre Production and Communications from Wittenberg University and pursued an MFA in Theatre with a focus on Scenic Design and Scenic Art at Purdue University.
