Marieke Jesse

Marieke Jesse has a diverse background in the field of HR analytics and consulting. Marieke currently works at Crunchr as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they provide HR and business leaders with valuable insights for data-driven decision making. Prior to joining Crunchr, Marieke worked at Mercer Netherlands as a Senior Consultant and Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant, where they supported clients in implementing data-driven approaches to their HR challenges. Marieke was also a People Manager and a member of the MT for Health & Workforce Risk Management at Mercer. Before their time at Mercer, Marieke worked at Intelligence Group as a Senior Labor Market Analyst, focusing on developing labor market analyses and automating processes. Marieke also gained experience in academia as a PhD Student at Utrecht University and as a participant in the Young Scientist Summer Programme at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA). Additionally, Marieke served as a Faculty Representative at Promovendi Overleg Utrecht.

Marieke Jesse completed their MSc in Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Information Science at the Open Universiteit, where they started their studies in an undisclosed year and is expected to graduate in 2022.
