Rochelle Timmerman currently serves as Manager of Professional Services at Crunchtime since September 2022, following the acquisition of Zenput, where Rochelle has also held the same position since November 2020. With a strong background in customer success management and implementation processes, Rochelle has previously worked in leadership roles at Site Impact and BI WORLDWIDE, where prime responsibilities included managing client relationships, onboarding, and delivering comprehensive technology solutions for loyalty programs. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Manager at E-GROUP and Aimia Inc, where program management and process improvement were key focus areas, as well as serving as Prepaid Card Operations Coordinator at Carlson Marketing. Rochelle holds a BS in Environmental Science and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and an MBA from St. Cloud State University.
