From 2011 to 2012, Bradley worked as a Lead Backend Software Engineer at Groovebug. During this time, they built mobile applications that provided interactive musical experiences based on users' music libraries and social networks.
From 2015 to 2018, they worked at CareAdvisors as a Lead Backend Software Engineer. Here, they developed web applications that helped navigators manage and communicate with consumers, facilitating access to affordable healthcare.
From 2018 to 2020, Bradley served as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Global Custom Commerce / Blinds.com, where they led the development of the accounts UI and an in-house discount calculator. Bradley also contributed to web and mobile applications, establishing the company as a leader in home custom configurables.
From 2020 to 2021, Bradley worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate Software Engineer, focusing on full-stack development. Bradley made UI optimizations for the PnL Engine and developed web applications supporting the Corporate and Investment Banking division.

Their responsibilities include leading the development of Smart TV applications for LG and Samsung, utilizing various technologies such as Javascript, React, AWS Lambdas, HTML, CSS, and Git. Bradley has successfully delivered services and features that have contributed to Crunchyroll's position as the leading anime streaming platform.
