Prior to The Walt Disney Company, Calvin worked at Rovi as a Senior Software Engineer, developing web services and optimizing content metadata. Before that, they worked at Bento Box Interactive as a Software Engineer, focusing on backend services and mobile application development. Calvin also worked at Technicolor/MediaNavi as an Adobe Flash and Java Developer, and at NBC Universal as an Adobe Flash Developer, where they worked on various interactive media projects.
Calvin began their career at Disneyland Resort as a Guest Relations Cast Member. Overall, their experience includes managing software engineering teams, developing API services, optimizing performance, working with various programming languages and web technologies, and supporting diverse projects within the entertainment industry.
Calvin Wong's education history includes studying at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2002 to 2007. Calvin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science during this time. Additionally, in February 2011, they earned a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
