Christopher Herron

Christopher Herron has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christopher is currently working as a Senior TA Manager at Crunchyroll since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cruise as a Senior Manager, Sourcing from September 2022 to July 2023. Before Cruise, they were a Sourcing Manager, Data Science at Meta from July 2021 to September 2022.

Christopher has also gained valuable experience at Indeed.com, where they held multiple managerial positions. Christopher served as the Senior Manager, Recruiting and Support from September 2020 to July 2021, leading a team of 25+ specialists and partnering with Product and Engineering for process improvements. Christopher was previously the Senior Manager, Technical Sourcing and the Global Engineering Sourcing Manager, where they led teams responsible for sourcing and engaging passive talent in the field of engineering. Christopher also spearheaded the launch of the Veterans & Allies Resource Group at Indeed, aiming to support veterans' career development and highlight their value within the company. Christopher started their journey at Indeed.com as a Technical Recruiter in September 2014 and worked their way up.

Prior to Indeed, Christopher worked at Google as a Technical Recruiter from September 2013 to September 2014. Christopher also has experience as a Veteran Candidate Recruiter at Bradley-Morris, Inc., where they placed military candidates into technical and management roles. Christopher began their professional career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant from June 2002 to October 2007.

Christopher Herron attended Indiana Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. This educational experience took place until 2011.
