Esther Ng

Esther Ng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Esther is currently working as the Director of Business Operations - APAC at Crunchyroll, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, Esther held positions at The Walt Disney Company, where they served as the Lead - Curation & Planning for Disney+ Southeast Asia, overseeing content programming and acquisition. Esther also worked as the Acquisitions Lead for Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia and as a Senior Manager in Media Distribution and a Senior Partnership Manager at Disney Interactive.

Before their time at Disney, Esther worked at A+E Networks Asia as the Head of Special Projects and the Senior Manager of Sales Solutions & Client Services. Esther also gained experience at Fox International Channels Asia as a Manager in Partnership Solutions and as a Senior Marketing Executive. Earlier in their career, Esther held a role as a Marketing Executive at St James Power Station and as an Account Executive at Asia PR Werkz Pte Ltd.

Overall, Esther Ng possesses a strong background in business operations, content programming, acquisitions, and partnerships within the media and entertainment industry.

Esther Ng obtained their Bachelor of Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Esther majored in Public and Promotional Communication and completed their education between the years of 2001 and 2005.
