Marie Coates

Marie Coates has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Clinical Quality Manager at Crusader Community Health since October 2013. During this time, Marie has held multiple roles, including Performance Improvement Coordinator, Medical Care Coordinator, and Enrollment Specialist, focusing on consumer education and enrollment in affordable healthcare coverage, data entry, purchasing, and outreach. Previously, at Rockford Health System from July 2006 to December 2013, Marie worked as a Health Unit Coordinator and was a Cadence Credentialed Trainer, providing training on Epic scheduling and developing educational materials. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree from Rock Valley College.
