Shayna Chiarelli

Shayna Chiarelli started their work experience in 2012 as an RN at Rockford Memorial Hospital. In 2014, they transitioned to Crusader Community Health as the Director of Clinical Operations, where they continue to serve in this role.

Shayna Chiarelli earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Rockford University in the field of Registered Nursing from 2008 to 2012. Shayna then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Public Health/Community Nurse/Nursing from Grand Canyon University between 2018 and 2020. In 2012, Shayna also obtained their certification as a Registered Nurse from the Illinois Nursing Board, and in 2023, they became a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
