Lucy Harmer

Lucy Harmer is an accomplished leader in the non-profit sector with extensive experience in service delivery and strategic development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Services at Cruse Bereavement Support since January 2023, Lucy oversees critical support services for individuals experiencing grief. Prior roles include Chair of Citizens Advice Wandsworth, Director of Information and Engagement at the MS Trust, and Director of Services at Independent Age, where Lucy led transformative initiatives for older adults. Additionally, Lucy has held significant positions at Age UK and the Learning and Skills Development Agency, contributing to improvements in information and advice services.
