Nicole Chiodo is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Crusoe since October 2024, Nicole previously held multiple roles at Rippling from September 2020 to October 2024, including Senior Recruiter and various specialized recruiting positions focused on international and go-to-market strategies. Prior experience includes work as a Recruiting Coordinator at Scout RFP, a Workday company, from April 2019 to June 2020, and roles at Oracle as an Upmarket Account Executive and HCM Business Development Representative. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has participated in CEA CAPA Education Abroad since 2016.
