Sam Francis is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in CFO advisory services and transaction management. As the Founder and CEO of Crux CFO Advisors since May 2009, Sam has focused on budgeting, planning, and M&A transactions for mid-sized and early-stage companies. Prior roles include serving as CFO for multiple firms, where Sam successfully led significant sell-side transactions, notably the sale of Planetary Systems Corporation to Rocket Lab and Blue Canyon Technologies to Raytheon Technologies for $432 million. Sam's expertise extends to capital raises and financial consulting across various industries, with a strong track record in optimizing financial strategies and facilitating growth. Sam holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver.
