A creative in every sense of the word, Bailey is an experienced art director and illustrator with a talent for both digital and print work. From graphic and layout design to production and creative concepting, Bailey is skillful at understanding client needs and executing on small- or large-scale design work that influences, sells and inspires.

Prior to working at Crux, Bailey worked on brands across a variety of industries and verticals, including Olsson, The Kansas City Royals, Olathe Health, MidAmerica Nazarene University, the State of Kansas, The Boys Scouts of America, PKD, Prairie Band Casino, McCown Gordon Construction, Enterprise KC, the American Royal, Maple Ranch, Learning Quest, and Dairy Queen.
