Vicki Knott

Vicki Knott is the CEO and Co-Founder of Crux OCM. Vicki has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Vicki started their career as a Process Control Engineer with TransCanada in October 2012. In this role, they were responsible for developing real-time control strategies and initiatives that increased pipeline throughput and bottom line revenues. Vicki also utilized Andritz IDEAS process simulation software to validate optimizing control strategies prior to implementation on operational pipelines to ensure success of the implementation and minimize pipeline downtime resulting in minimal lost throughput.

In March 2017, Vicki left TransCanada to start Crux OCM. Crux OCM is a software company that provides operational decision support for oil and gas pipelines. The company’s software platform helps operators make real-time decisions to optimize pipeline operations, reduce risk, and improve safety.

Vicki Knott holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
