Brad Rager

Brad Rager is an experienced executive in the cybersecurity and packaging sectors, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Crux, a talent platform that enables security leaders to focus on cyber threat protection. Prior to Crux, Rager was Chief Strategy Officer at Optiv Inc, where strategic leadership contributed to over $1 billion in top-line growth over three years. Rager's earlier roles included Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff at Optiv, where significant improvements in marketing engagement were achieved, and VP of Grocery, Consumer, and Industrial Packaging at Bemis Company, Inc., leading a successful turnaround of a $1 billion business segment. Rager's career also includes strategic advisory work with Boston Consulting Group. Rager holds an MBA in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
