Tracy Eby

Tracy Eby is a seasoned logistics and material management expert with extensive experience in the United States Army and associated organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Logistic Analyst at Cruz Associates, Inc. since September 2015, Tracy provides professional logistics and analytical support with comprehensive knowledge of supply systems, including GCSS-A and ULLS-AE. Concurrently, as the Material Management Branch Chief for the United States Army Special Operations Aviation Command since August 2012, responsibilities include advising on material management for aircraft and ground systems, conducting audits, and overseeing resource management programs. Tracy's military career spans over three decades, including a notable role as Supply System Tech at the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), where leadership was demonstrated in managing significant aviation warehousing operations and critical inventory during combat deployments. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security from American Military University and has completed extensive professional military education.
