Federico Ciappina has a varied work experience. Since 2019, they have been Co-founder & COO of Cryosmetics, a skin-tech company building natural and microbiome-friendly skincare products. Federico is also a Global Ambassador for Draper University, helping to spread the word and ignite the entrepreneurial spirit globally. In 2017, they co-founded and became Managing Partner of Mardel Valley, leading the tech, innovation and entrepreneurship community in Mar del Plata, Argentina. In 2018, they became a Professor at Universidad de San Andrés, introducing The Principles of Marketing to 2nd and 3rd year Business Management students. Federico also started working at Agencia News in 2012 as a Strategic Planner, responsible for the first car unboxing live-streamed worldwide, and held events such as Lollapalooza Summer Edition and David Guetta in Mar del Plata. In 2019, they began working as a Marketing Consultant, Head of Marketing and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Moova. In 2017, they joined the Founding Team and became Chief Marketing Officer of Ando., a company transforming the way goods are moved and delivered around cities. In 2018, they began working as Marketing & Social Media at Estate Pipes Buenos Aires, promoting and growing the community. Federico was also Mentorship Team Coordinator at UdeSA Camp 2017 and 2018, assembling teams of Business Management students to guide and mentor teams during the development of their business models.
Federico Ciappina completed their Licenciatura in Administración y Gestión de Empresas con orientación en Marketing from Universidad de 'San Andrés' between 2013 and 2017. In 2015, they undertook an Academic Exchange at Regent's University London, focusing on Business, Branding and Marketing. In 2012, they completed an Intensive English Program at Saint Joseph's University, focusing on Lengua y literatura inglesa. In 2017, they completed the Hero Training Program at Draper University, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Business & Innovation, as well as the Programa NAVES at IAE Business School, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Business modeling.
