Jennifer Li has over 15 years of experience in guest services management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Guest Services at Crypto.com Arena since August 2015, following a role as Manager of Guest Services. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at STAPLES Center from September 2008 to July 2015, where positions included Assistant Manager and Event & Guest Services Coordinator. Jennifer's career began with an internship in post-production at DreamWorks Animation in late 2008. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a focus on Animation and Motion Graphics from California State University, Northridge, completed in 2008.
