Rani Lui

Rani Lui is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Head of Information Security Compliance (Americas) at Crypto.com since August 2020, with additional roles in InfoSec Certification and Assurance. Rani has been a committee member at ISACA since 2010 and served as the IAPP Hong Kong Chapter KnowledgeNet Chair from January 2022 to December 2023. Prior to Crypto.com, Rani held various positions at SGS, including Project Manager and IT Product Manager, focusing on IT risk, information security, and cybersecurity. Rani also worked as an IT Auditor at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and held positions at NTT Com Asia and Cyberworkshop Ltd, gaining comprehensive experience in data center operations and engineering. Rani holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and an Associate's degree in Building Service Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong.
