Carsten Lyngsø

Carsten Lyngsø has a diverse work experience with a strong background in technology and security solutions. Carsten started their career as a Software Engineer, working on various projects and products. During this time, they focused on developing complex security solutions, ensuring high-availability and scalability. In 2007, Carsten transitioned into the role of a Technical Project Manager, leading agile development teams in delivering security solutions to clients worldwide. Carsten managed projects primarily in the banking and government sectors. In 2011, Carsten became a Product Manager at Cryptomathic, where they played a key role in building up the company's top-selling product called CardInk. This data preparation system generated cryptographic data for payment cards and was considered a world leader in its field. Carsten later held the positions of Vice CTO and Chief Strategy Officer at Cryptomathic. In addition to their corporate experience, Carsten was also self-employed as an Owner in 2004.

Carsten Lyngsø completed their education with a Master of Engineering degree specializing in distributed real-time systems from Aarhus University. Carsten attended Aarhus University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the Engineering College of Aarhus, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Carsten Lyngsø holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster, which they obtained in January 2011 from Scrum Alliance.
