Melissa Flippen

Melissa Flippen is a seasoned designer and developer with extensive experience in the home decor and apparel industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer and Developer at Crystal Art Gallery since April 2018, Melissa leads product design based on market trends and customer needs, while managing a team of graphic artists. Previous roles include Senior Designer and Developer at Yellow 108, focusing on headwear and sustainable products, and Senior Designer at One World Apparel, overseeing sweater design processes and collaborating with major retailers. Additionally, Melissa has held positions at Lucky Brand Jeans and Forever 21, developing innovative designs and managing product lines.
