Emily Neuman has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Emily started their career as a Guest Services Representative at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in 2010 and later worked at 21c Museum Hotels in various roles, including Front Desk Supervisor, Market Specialist, and Brand Marketing Manager. During their time at 21c Museum Hotels, they focused on enhancing brand awareness, creating strategic email marketing plans, and launching campaigns to generate revenue. In 2019, Emily joined Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary, where they held positions such as Public Relations Manager and Senior Communications Manager. Emily was responsible for developing messaging, content, and communication strategies, as well as establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Emily's most recent role is as the Associate Marketing Strategy Director at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where they contribute to the organization's overall marketing strategy and planning.
Emily Neuman has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Communication from Purdue University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Emily also holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication Management from Purdue University, obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their graduate studies, Emily received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Arkansas, completed from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they briefly studied at the Florence University of the Arts in 2012, specifically at the Apicius International School of Hospitality.
