Tonya Jackson

Tonya Jackson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in donor relations, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Donor Relations Manager at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since June 2020, Tonya previously held the position of Senior Consultant at LUX Concepts from January 2018 to February 2023, focusing on market development and strategic brand positioning. Early career roles include General Manager and New Business Lead at Fort Smith Escape Room, where Tonya helped establish team-building events, and President & Owner of Innovative Markets, Inc., which specialized in brand development for progressive companies. Additional experience encompasses sales and marketing leadership at SSi Design-Build Constructors and grant administration for the Mount Magazine Girl Scout Council.
