Jakob Zoepfl is a seasoned gameplay animator with extensive experience in creating high-quality animations across various platforms, including proprietary engines and Unreal Engine 5. Currently employed at Crystal Dynamics as a Gameplay Animator since August 2019, Jakob focuses on developing animations for combat, interactions, traversal, locomotion, and performance. Previous roles include Animator at Anki, where animations for the robot Vector were created, and multiple positions as a 3D Animator at Electronic Arts on the Sims 4 project and other Maxis titles. Jakob's early career involved animation work at Harebrained Schemes, 8th Shore Studio, and various teaching positions at DigiPen Institute of Technology, where skills in digital animation and mentoring were honed. Jakob holds a degree from DigiPen Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
