Alvin L.

Alvin L. is an experienced HR and IT professional with a diverse background in system management and transformation. Currently serving as the Manager of HR System and Transformation at Crystal International since March 2022, Alvin also co-founded Talent Compass in December 2019. Previous roles include Manager and Project Manager of HRIS at Kerry Properties Limited, HRIS Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group, and HRIS Analyst at AIA Company LTD. Alvin's career began as an IT Intern at Li & Fung Limited, followed by positions as System Engineer in various organizations, including Computer and Technologies Holdings Limited and Vanda Group. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Networking from Middlesex University and is currently pursuing further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
