Charles Wu

Charles Wu is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment functions. Currently serving as Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Crystal International since September 2022, Charles previously held the position of Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Plaza Premium Group from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Charles was the Talent Acquisition Manager for Greater China at Inchcape plc, where a comprehensive talent acquisition function was developed from the ground up. Additional experience includes roles at Deloitte as an Experienced Hire in Audit & Assurance and at Korn Ferry as an Associate focused on Consumer & Industrial sectors. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services from UNSW.
