Mike Nedeau

Mike Nedeau serves as the General Manager and COO at Crystal Lake Country Club in Illinois since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team to ensure exceptional member service across various recreational and dining services while collaborating with the Board of Directors on club operations. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Lake Lawn Resort, overseeing comprehensive resort management and assisting in sales and marketing. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Operations/Multi-Property Manager and Assistant General Manager at Paloma Resort Properties, where Mike managed multiple food and beverage outlets and guided department managers in maintaining brand standards. Mike Nedeau holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations, Business, and Leadership from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
