Kristal Marshall-Shore has worked in the field of psychology for over twenty years. Kristal began their career as an adjunct professor at Pittsburg State University, teaching courses on the Psychology of Mental Retardation to undergraduate and graduate students. Kristal then became a practicum instructor at Labette Community College before moving on to Crystal Springs, Inc.
In 2008, Kristal began working as a Developmental Specialist 2 for the State of Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services. In this role, they provided support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. In 2011, they were promoted to Supervisor of Behavioral Services, where they oversaw the behavior analysis program and provided training and support to staff.
In addition to their work in the public sector, Kristal has also been self-employed as a behavior analyst consultant since 2006. Kristal has worked with a variety of clients, including the Capitol Region Education Council and Parsons State Hospital and Training Center. Kristal is currently the Director of Behavioral Services at Crystal Springs.
Kristal Marshall-Shore has a MS in Clinical Psychology/Developmental Disabilities from Pittsburg State University, a B.S. in Psychology and Developmental Disabilities from Pittsburg State University, and an A. of Arts in Music from Labette Community College. Kristal also has certification from the RI Department of Health in Licensed Behavior Analyst and from the State of Massachusetts in Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst.
They work with Lucy Pacheco - Director, Administration, Novene Powell - Director, Adult Services, and Rick Mancini - Director, Children's Services. Kristal Marshall-Shore reports to Kathleen Lovenbury, CEO.
