Valeria Cardenas Diaz

Valeria Cardenas Diaz is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in housekeeping management. Starting the career at Mantra Group from December 2008 to May 2015, Valeria held positions including Room Attendant and Housekeeping Supervisor. Since December 2018, Valeria has been with Crystalbrook Collection, progressing from Housekeeping Supervisor to Assistant Housekeeping Manager and currently serving as Housekeeping Manager. Valeria's contributions to Crystalbrook Collection were recognized with the Best Hotel Interior Design award at the HM Awards in 2019. Valeria holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on International Business from TAFE NSW, completed between 2010 and 2012.
