Wen Luo

Wen Luo has worked in the software engineering field since 2012. In that time, they have held three positions.

From 2012 to 2014, Wen Luo worked as a Developer at Tuan800.com - Groupons' Aggregator in China. During this time, they built several kernel systems to manage products, users and charge. Wen also worked with product owners and business analytics to capture business requirements and define project scope. Wen also lead the team to delivery on time.

From 2014 to 2015, Wen Luo worked as a Junior Software Developer at ThoughtWorks. During this time, they helped the client decouple their legacy system into micro services. Wen also built an AWS environment for new products and worked as a devops, building a continuous delivery pipeline using docker.

From 2015 to present, Wen Luo has been the Head Of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer at CrystalCommerce. During this time, they worked with their team to migrate the cloud service from IBM to AWS. Wen also maintained a Ruby on Rails platform with 7k rpm and introduced Agile methodology to the team.

Wen Luo earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Southeast University between 2007 and 2011.
