Devan Soyka

Devan Soyka is an experienced narrative designer with a strong background in worldbuilding and storytelling across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Narrative Designer at Crytek since November 2022, Devan focuses on narrative design for an upcoming AAA title while providing feedback on team deliverables. Previously, at Star Stable Entertainment AB, Devan held the position of Narrative Lead, where responsibilities included designing narrative systems and leading a narrative team. Devan's career includes significant contributions as a Narrative Writer at Voltage Entertainment USA, shipping numerous titles, and past roles encompassing technical editing and English language instruction. Devan possesses dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and Spanish Language and Literature from James Madison University.
