Tim provides a decade of experience in PM & construction operations services including analysis of conceptual design, solving preconstruction issues and providing construction solutions. Tim also coordinates and reviews the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents from conception through construction. Tim is an experienced Project Manager with experience in industrial, commercial, mixed used, and residential projects.
