JJ Suarez serves as the Chairman and CEO of CSA Group, a full-service project delivery firm focused on the facility and infrastructure sectors, a position held since January 1992. Prior to this role, JJ Suarez was the CEO of Belcan Engineering from 1986 to 1995, overseeing strategic alliances and long-term programs within both public and private sectors as President. Earlier in their career, JJ Suarez worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation from 1976 to 1986, shortly after completing graduate studies. JJ Suarez holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Cornell University and both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.
