Anne Ward

Anne Ward, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and learning and development. Currently serving as the Sr. Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at CSAT Solutions LP since August 2017, Anne has initiated key programs such as succession planning and interactive web-based training. Prior to this role, Anne held various training and development positions at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where major accomplishments included the successful launch of a Work @ Home call center project and the implementation of an Oracle system training program. Anne's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Blinn Community College.
