Jamey Heim

Jamey Heim has extensive experience in technical product training and account management, currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Product Training Team at CSC since July 2007, following roles as Training Manager in Education Services and Account Manager. Prior to that, Jamey worked at Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies as National Support Manager, where responsibilities included supporting large corporate accounts and serving as a key liaison between corporate and client management. Additional experience includes managing account support teams at Deloitte & Touche and serving as Regional Sales Manager at Financial Decision Systems, Inc., focused on corporate tax software sales. Jamey's early career features roles as a Tax Accountant at Aviall, Inc. and as a Tax Systems Analyst at Texas Instruments, Inc. Jamey holds an MBA in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
