Pat Burbach

Pat Burbach has over 27 years of work experience in the retail industry. In 2021, they were appointed as the Vice President of Stores and Operations at Sur La Table and Z Gallerie. In 2020, they were the Sr. Director of Stores and Operations for Z Gallerie. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Sr. Manager of Training and Special Projects for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Head of Store Experience and Operations-District Manager for Weddington Way | Gap Inc., where they were responsible for bringing the vision for shops to life in a retail start up. From 2003 to 2017, they were the District Manager for Williams Sonoma, Inc. | Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen, where they drove overall business and leadership performance up to 15 stores in the Midwest and Eastern Seaboard. Finally, from 1994 to 2003, they were the District Manager for ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey), where they had a proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
