Stephen Facciolo

Stephen Facciolo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic initiatives within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at Corporation Service Company since March 2008, Stephen has a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing successful vendor management strategies. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Wilmington Finance Inc., where Stephen led significant automated underwriting initiatives, and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Freedom Mortgage, where Stephen oversaw profitable sales operations. Stephen’s career began at Equicredit Corporation and CIT Group, with core competencies in project management, profit and loss oversight, and team leadership. Stephen holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
