Community Services for Children is looking for a highly motivated, skilled professional with strong leadership skills for a rewarding career as an Early Learning Resource Centers Provider Services Manager. This is a key position in the ELRC program to ensure young children have access to high quality early learning providers across 16 counties within the state of PA. This role is in Region 16 and reports to offices in Quakertown AND Fairless Hills.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of provider services to increase the number of participants in Child Care Works and Keystone STARS programs
Establish and maintain provider contracts, invoice processing, STARS participation and grant awards
Responsible to track provider information by utilizing the agency's data management system
Monitor all periods associated with early learning provider services and ensure case file accuracy
Manages provider service team caseload assignments, coverage schedules and outreach activities to ensure prompt and comprehensive service for all
Create weekly, monthly accountability reports
Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly payments to childcare providers
Supervise staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required in social work, early childhood education, or related field
Five years of experience in program leadership
Demonstrated competence in supervision, management, and leadership
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a partnership approach with individuals with varying economic, educational, and cultural backgrounds
Strong computer skills to utilize data management systems
Valid driver’s license and full-time use of car
