Tommy Heffernan

Tommy Heffernan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Tommy started their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they served as a Sales Center Manager, managing a $71M business and achieving sales quotas. Tommy increased the customer base by 30% and improved product penetration by 25%. Tommy then joined CVS Caremark Corporation as part of the Emerging Leader Program.

After that, Heffernan moved to Mac-Gray Services, where they held multiple roles. As the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, they managed a team of sales managers and achieved significant sales growth. Tommy also implemented a blended product mix selling approach resulting in a gross margin profit increase. Later, they became the Regional Vice President of Sales, Commercial Division, responsible for managing sales objectives, operational plans, and budgets. Tommy developed a strategic plan to exit underperforming markets and improved ROI.

Currently, Heffernan holds the position of Vice President of Operations at CSC ServiceWorks. Tommy'sresponsibilities include leading the sales team's strategic growth, budgeting and forecast planning for a $50M business. Tommy also mentors and trains a high performing team and cultivates relationships with investors.

Tommy Heffernan attended Brookline High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Finance from Westfield State University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990.
