Crystal Kucharski

Crystal Kucharski is a structural designer currently employed at CSD Structural Engineers since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a senior structural technician at Spire Engineering from September 2021 to April 2024, and as a senior structural technician at Ambrose Engineering, Inc. from May 2016 to February 2021. Crystal also worked as a structural technician at Pierce Engineers, Inc. from October 2014 to May 2016, and as a detailer at Steele Solutions, Inc. from January 2014 to October 2014. Earlier in the career, Crystal was a structural steel detailer at Van Dellen Steel from November 2012 to January 2014 and completed an internship at Leland International from January 2012 to October 2012. Crystal holds an associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Milwaukee Area Technical College and attended Milwaukee School of Engineering.
