Ashlea Marcha

Ashlea Marcha is a skilled professional in the fields of landscape architecture and design, currently serving as a Computer Aided Design Drafter at CSDG since September 2020. With experience as a Landscape Architecture Intern at RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture from May 2023 to August 2023 and previously as a Project Technician at Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc. from February 2019 to July 2020, Ashlea has developed a strong foundation in project and design work. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Technician at Terracon, where responsibilities included testing materials such as asphalt, concrete, and soils, and customer service positions at Starbucks and McDonald's, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments. Ashlea is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, following a Bachelor's degree in Residential Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
