Jack Walsh, Jr. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jack started their career in 1995 as a Corrections Officer at the Orange County Sheriff's Office before moving to the Rockland County Sheriff's Office in 1997. In 1998, they became the Managing Partner at Walsh's Restaurant and Bar until 2005. Jack then transitioned to coaching, serving as the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Albertus Magnus H.S. from 1998 to 2007. Jack joined the Town of Clarkstown in 2007 and held multiple roles, including Recreation Leader, Senior Recreation Leader, and Summer Camp Supervisor. Jack also worked as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor for the American Red Cross and American Safety and Health Institute. In 2021, Jack became the Second Vice President of CSEA Local 1000. As of now, they are currently serving as the Lifeguard Manager at the Town of Clarkstown. Jack Walsh, Jr. is a Certified Parks & Recreation Professional affiliated with the National Recreation & Parks Association.
