Harold Deguzman

Harold DeGuzman, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the California School Employees Association since December 2022, Harold previously held key roles including Vice President, Controller at The Wine Group and Patelco Credit Union. Harold's career includes significant leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officer at ACTenviro, where responsibilities encompassed finance, accounting, and strategic growth initiatives, and Chief Financial Officer at San Jose Jet Center, overseeing accounting and risk management. Harold also contributed as Vice President Finance and CFO at CommonWealth Central Credit Union, with oversight of finance and enterprise risk management.
