Valerie Hollins

Valerie Hollins is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as the Senior Labor Relations Representative at the California School Employees Association since January 2004. In this role, Valerie is responsible for various assignments within the Field Operations Department, including the creation of training materials, negotiation handling, and organizing political work. Prior to this position, Valerie worked as a Field Representative for H.E.R.E. Local 681, focusing on contract negotiations and grievance processing for the Disneyland Resort. Valerie's career also includes experience as a Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines and culinary roles at The Walt Disney Company. Valerie holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
