Annie O'Shaughnessy

Annie O'Shaughnessy is a dedicated educational leader and advocate for restorative practices and mindfulness in school environments. As Co-Founder and President of Starling Collaborative since July 2022, O'Shaughnessy focuses on building accountable and caring communities through innovative strategies. O'Shaughnessy serves as a Trainer and Consultant at the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education since January 2020, promoting restorative approaches in schools. As an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Michael's College, O'Shaughnessy teaches a graduate course on mindfulness and trauma-informed restorative practices. O'Shaughnessy also leads True Nature Teaching, providing professional development workshops and mentoring for educators. Additional roles include presenting and teaching at various educational institutions and previously consulting for Burlington School District and Antioch University New England. O'Shaughnessy's educational background includes a Master of Education in Mindfulness for Educators and multiple certifications in energy medicine and facilitation.
